Question:
I want to stream MY FM over the Internet. But what do I need?
Answer:
To successfully stream you need an Internet connection of at least 512kps for HQ Streaming and the latest browser, for example, Mozilla Firefox 2.0+ (with Windows Media Player Plugin) or Internet Explorer 7.0+.
Question:
The player says it is connecting or ‘Ready’ but never connects.
Answer:
Sometimes we reach the maximum amount of listeners on the main computers. Sometimes it may happen that your office has a firewall on the server that disallow streaming if you are listening in your office.
Question:
The player says it is buffering frequently and interrupts your live stream.
Answer:
There are delays introduced by the congestion on the Internet and sometimes by the speed of your Internet connection. Unfortunately, there is not much that we can do to rectify this problem. If you are on dial-up or sharing your connection within the company, this may occur frequently.
