MCAfans Weekly Top 20 Album Chart is a ranking chart for the most favourite albums based on the votes from the fans.

Each week, 20 albums will be listed into the chart for the fans to vote. These listed albums are arranged according to the release date of the album (in descending order) with the latest released album arranged at the top of the list.

At the end of each week, the existing chart will be closed and the highest voted album will be listed at the top of the chart as the most favourite album for the week, followed by the second and so on (in descending order). At the same time, a new chart will be opened for the fans to vote for the upcoming week.

From time to time, newly released albums will be added and the lowest voted albums will be dropped out from the upcoming charts.

Voting System

Each week, 20 albums will be listed into the chart for the fans to vote. These listed albums are arranged according to the release date of the album (in descending order) with the latest released album arranged at the top of the list.

These albums are divided into 2 groups:
1) Safe Group
2) Danger Group

Safe Group consists of the first 10 albums listed in the chart list. All the albums in this group are automatically saved from being dropped out and will be listed into the upcoming chart even if they are voted to be in the bottom 10 rankings for that week.

Danger Group consists of the last 10 albums listed in the chart list. Any of the albums in this group are in danger of being dropped out from the upcoming chart if they are voted to be in the bottom 10 rankings for that week (and if there are newly released albums to be added in for the upcoming chart).

At the end of each week, the existing chart will be closed and albums voted to be in the top 10 rankings are saved from being dropped out from the upcoming chart. Albums voted to be in the bottom 10 rankings (especially the albums in Danger Group) will be dropped out from the upcoming chart if there are newly released albums to be added in.

MCAfans Weekly Top 20 Album Chart is open for everyone to vote and login is not required.

Voting period starts every week from Monday 12:00:00am til Sunday 11:59:59pm.

All the votes are logged by IP address to prevent fake vote counts coming from similar voters.

Voters are able to vote once every 6 hours.

Each voter is able to vote more than one album at any one time.

Vote for your favourite albums to maintain them in the chart for as long as you want. Remember, once an album has been dropped out from the chart, it will not be listed again.
